How long has NextStep been in business?

NextStep Technology Advisors has been specializing in business management software and technology services since 1986., when Amir Friedman founded the IT consulting division of a local accounting firm. In 2009 Amir purchased the NextStep business unit and moved it to its current location.

Our team’s size allows us to develop and maintain deep relationships with our clients. Being selective with the clients we take on helps us avoid being spread too thin. Do you sell computer hardware?
|
Our focus is on providing consulting services, not selling hardware and software. We offer our clients the option of buying hardware through us (we are authorized to resell most brands) or purchasing it themselves, based on specifications that we develop for them.

How much should I budget for software implementation?
|
We do not believe in “one-size fits all” or formulas that use the software cost to calculate the implementation cost. Instead, we use a thorough methodology to determine and prioritize your needs. A proposal that includes implementation costs is one of the deliverables of our business–focused approach.

Sage MAS 90 training? |
We provide two types of training: classroom and one-on-one instruction. Classroom training is best suited for general subjects such as report creation. One-on-one training is matched to the unique needs and abilities of your staff and ensures that each member obtains the skill set necessary to operate the software successfully and perform required tasks effectively and efficiently.
